A HEALTHIER STRONGER
GOLF GAME STARTS HERE
Transforming golfers through expertise and precision for exceptional performance on the green.
Our Mission is to Improve Golfers Performance and Longevity of The Sport Through a Specific Customized Exercise Plan Based on Our Physical Screening Process.
“We don’t believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do”
I
If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.
To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. A proper screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and injury history.
he TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.

Golf Performance Nutrition Program and Metabolic Reset
I designed this nutrition program to help you consistently perform at your highest level, on and off the course. Together we will evaluate your hydration, the quality and quantities of food you currently eat, the timing of your meals, the timing of your sleep cycle, and any food irritants you might consume. From there, I’ll provide you with daily meal plans, recipes and grocery shopping lists to get you to your health and fitness goals most effectively.
In this program I’ll also teach you how to tweak meal ratios for increased stamina on the course, how to speed up recovery time and increase power through proper supplements, techniques for staying hydrated throughout the round and ideal snacks for sustained energy.
Why Stability is Key
Stability is the ability of any system to remain unchanged or aligned in the presence of change or outside forces. That is a good summary of what many areas in our body that are defined as stabilizers (such as the lumbar spine) are asked to do. Stability is created by combining three things:
1. Balance
2. Strength
3. Muscular Endurance
If you want to keep the bow of a bow and arrow stable as you pull the string back, you must have good balance, strength, and muscular endurance.
Build Strength Before Power
I see people all the time with tendinitis/tendinosis, back pain, and many other issues that stem from a lack of control and tissue integrity. They simply can’t handle the speeds and forces that a full swing produces. They will hit a wall no matter how much speed work they do. Their body will limit the amount of power produced to try and reduce stress and avoid injury. Ignoring this is a HUGE mistake!
By training your body to handle heavier loads at slower speeds, you will develop density in your bones, larger muscles, and durability to your connective tissues. This will help keep your body from limiting its potential to produce force.
As a beginner, try to focus on basic compound strength training movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses. These lifts will build your core capacity and your fast twitch muscle fibers.
Strengthen your Core, Strengthen your Swing
Do you see your trackman or launch monitor stats and feel like you can’t get the speeds you need? Have you looked for advice on how to improve your swing, but it all seems confusing, contradictory, and downright overwhelming? Adding a simple, yet effective strength training program might be all you need to develop a powerful swing and improve your game.
